VR 360 Serious Game Based Learning using virtual human technology.
In Pathfinder LX3, we have the first serious game-based immersion learning program in the market that integrates three major components(pause)- authentic personal leadership, leadership pathways, and mindfulness.
In this 360 VR serious game-based program the participants adopt a soccer club manager’s role and act out multiple tasks that the manager would perform in real life team management situations. Starting from the appointment as manager these tasks include managing meetings, analyzing team strengths and weaknesses, crucial conversations, appointing team roles, SWOT Analysis, feedback skills, conflict resolution, strategic planning, analyzing performances, motivating others and resolving conflicts.

Virtual Human Public Speaking Simulator 1.0
We have developed this virtual human public speaking simulator to assist in creating virtual audiences in varying situations. This simulator can give an initial boost of confidence to those who wish to practice speaking in front of different audiences. They can practice in the safety of a virtual environment. Simulator 2.0 is in the works and will have enhanced capabilities to provide crucial feedback such as eye contact, gestures, facial expressions and body language in the next stage. This will boost the confidence of the employees to elevate their speaking skills to another level with constructive feedback.
